ABOUT RETURN & EXCHANGE
1. Faulty items or goods will be exchanged at any circumstances. Please send us the return request email to cs@hushcolor.com within one week after you receive the product. If you do not contact us during this period, the item cannot be exchanged.
2. Return: please send us a refund request email within one week after you receive the product. The item must not be opened. The faulty item will be refunded 100%. If you do not contact us during this period, the item cannot be refunded. The fees, such as shipping costs and refund charges, occur for the refunds due to customer’s wishes may be charged to customers.
